Resort-style accommodation in the beautiful seaside town of Ledge Point. This well presented 3 bedroom Villa has all the comforts of home including air-conditioning and would suit families wanting to get away from it all.

The village boasts swimming pool-open from 23/09/2023, tennis courts, table tennis (rackets & Balls are to be supplied by guests) and games room (MUST REGISTER WITH CARETAKER @ UNIT 10) The village is located right on the beach front in Ledge Point. This property strictly sleeps 8 and sorry no pets.

Check in time is 2 pm unless prior arrangement has been made.
Please be advised that there is no garage access at this property.

Guests to provide their own sheets and towels -Linen hire available on request

Ledge Point is a charming fishing village located 10 minutes drive south of Lancelin. Ledge offers beautiful sugary-white beaches stretching for as far as the eye can see. The village was established to service the local cray fishing industry and has evolved into a beautiful beach-side getaway. Ledge offers an interesting mix of traditional and modern beach house, chalet, caravanning and camping accommodation.

This part of WAs coast is recognised internationally as one of the great windsurfing venues. Sport and entertainment in the village centres on the Country Club, with its golf course, bowling greens and tennis facilities.

Just south of the village is where the Dutch East Indies ship, the Vergulde Draeck, or Gilt Dragon, went down after striking reefs in 1646. Some 70 mariners were marooned ashore, never to be rescued.

Soak up the relaxed, friendly atmosphere.
Join friends for a game of golf, tennis or lawn bowls before relaxing over drinks, lunch or dinner at the Ledge Point Country Club.
Dip the feet, take a swim in waters sheltered by the reefs or walk and enjoy life's simple pleasures.
Hang out the rods for some serious beach fishing.

A myriad of experiences, for the both the young and not-so-young, is on offer in Lancelin - just a short drive to the north.

Great location for a quick break from home. Walking distance to beach and bonus you have a heated pool in complex. We all liked the downstairs for kids to watch movies and adults could also watch tv/movies upstairs. Sunsets on the balcony with a wine was also a hit.

Overall a very nice stay!

However, a few things we were disappointed about was the reception at the house was very bad... Kinda annoying since we were relying on better reception especially during the Sunday so we could Livestream our church services.
A few other things was that the kitchen could have been better equipped with things like baking paper etc. (There was glad wrap but nothing else) and other things such as tea/coffee sachets.
However the whole house was very nice - nice balcony, comfy couches, nice beds/bedrooms and the bathrooms were nice/clean.
Also, happy with the hostess

The property is nice and located in a really quiet town next to the ocean. It is well equipped with kitchen utensils and other amenities such as washing machine and clothes dryer. The place is quite clean except for some hairs on the mattress protectors and cobwebs here and there. Would recommend this place for a quiet downtime away from the busyness of life.

We had an an enjoyable stay at the Villas! Walking beach to the beach which was very convenient! The complex had a pool which was the decider! However, the main bedroom doesn’t have air con and staying in Ledge Point in Jan is very hot. Would definitely stay again!

Very happy campers. Location Beautiful, very relaxing away from the hustle and bustle, pool for the kids even the adult kids, Everything you need within walking distance. Local deli, fish n chips, bottle shop & a gas pump. Most amazing is the view of the ocean from the balcony just breathtaking. I highly recommend this property and location.

Can't wait to come back.
