Resort-style accommodation in the beautiful seaside town of Ledge Point. This well presented 3 bedroom Villa has all the comforts of home including reverse cycle air-conditioning and would suite families wanting to get away from it all. The property has two nice size TV's (one is a smart TV so there wont be any arguments with the kids. The property also features free wifi.
The Village boasts a swimming pool-opening 23/09/2023 and tennis courts, table tennis (rackets & balls to be supplied by guests) and a games room (MUST REGISTER WITH CARETAKER @ UNIT 10). Located right on the beach front in Ledge Point. This property only sleeps 8 guests as per the booking terms and conditions and sorry No Pets. Book now to avoid disappointment.
Check in time is 2 pm unless prior arrangement has been made.
No garage access at property.
Sorry, no school leavers bookings or under 25 Adult groups unless approved by owner.

Ledge Point is a charming fishing village located 10 minutes drive south of Lancelin. Ledge offers beautiful sugary-white beaches stretching for as far as the eye can see. The village was established to service the local cray fishing industry and has evolved into a beautiful beach-side getaway. Ledge offers an interesting mix of traditional and modern beach house, chalet, caravanning and camping accommodation.
This part of WAs coast is recognised internationally as one of the great windsurfing venues. Sport and entertainment in the village centres on the Country Club, with its golf course, bowling greens and tennis facilities.
Just south of the village is where the Dutch East Indies ship, the Vergulde Draeck, or Gilt Dragon, went down after striking reefs in 1646. Some 70 mariners were marooned ashore, never to be rescued.
Soak up the relaxed, friendly atmosphere.
Join friends for a game of golf, tennis or lawn bowls before relaxing over drinks, lunch or dinner at the Ledge Point Country Club.
Dip the feet, take a swim in waters sheltered by the reefs or walk and enjoy life's simple pleasures.
Hang out the rods for some serious beach fishing.
A myriad of experiences, for the both the young and not-so-young, is on offer in Lancelin - just a short drive to the north.

We stayed a Ledge Point Villas, our first time in the area. View from Villa 5 was incredible. The house was great, good location, Clean, easy to access and had all the basics that we required plus extra. We will certainly be back.

The villa was clean.. smelled fresh. The carpets was something very important for me being allergic to dust and I slept well these 3 nights as they were properly vacuumed and no dust... even the ceiling lsmps had no dust.. me being a clean freak I looked everywhere..
The kitchen utensils , cupboards and fridge were spotless.
Nice view from the balcony which was also very clean.
Will book again.

Lovely spot for w weekend getaway from Perth. Enjoyed our visit to the Gingin observatory and pinnacles. The house was very well equipped and very comfortable and enjoyed the pool. Thank you. Country Values Holiday Homes were very accommodating of our needs, flexible and easy to contact. Loved the balcony overlooking the sea and playground.
