Park View - Great family holiday house Pet Friendly

The house was exactly what we needed for a family of 4 , neat , tidy , equipped with everyyeven pegs for washing line . We absolutely enjoyed our stay and will be back

The stay at the Park View was excellent.
The communications from Country Values Holiday Homes were very clear and prompt - both from the Office and Leah, based in Lancelin.
The house was very clean upon arrival and the facilities were excellent, there was really nothing extra that we needed to bring other than ourselves and personal gear. The area is very quite and peaceful and close to town.
We would certainly consider staying again and utilising the services of Country Values Holiday Homes in the future.

Great place to rent in lanceline, very close to everything, golf is just next door. Would defenitely rent again

Lovely stay for the family, enough room for everyone & very clean

was a lovely house , close to the beach but clearly wasn’t cleaned properly , there were dead flys spiders and mosquitoes and some alive too. Needs to be sprayed with something inside and out bc they was loads of living/dead little creatures around the house and outside but other then that it was pretty nice

lovely experience.If i must find fault two things
1 lounge seating not enough/uncomfortable
2 bunk beds difficult to make.
overall lovely place to stay thanks hope to see yto stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay at Park View, it was clean and well equipped. Close to back beach and quick drive into town. Nice quite neighbourhood, We will definitely stay again!

I am still waiting for my pet deposit of $250. It has been a week now since we left.

Country Value Homes are a lovely company to rent a holiday home from. They were very responsive when we asked questions. The home was well presented and clean on arrival

The house was perfect! Safe and secure for the fur babies outside, fully equipped and comfortable for the humans inside, and a stones throw from Lancelin.

Lovely short break away with the family, super home full of all the essentials required all you need to take is your food, drinks and bedding, great location for the back beach However not so great if you want a few drinks at the local pub as it’s a short drive out of town (get the husband to be the designated driver lol ) all in all a lovely stay thank you Leah for being super easy to communicate with.

Nice New property . Clean and neat comfortable beds airconditioning in all rooms. Lots of crockery pots and pans bbq and outdoor seating. Close to town overall excellent.

Loved it, clean no issues great for kids 5m from town

Overall the place is almost perfect, it's close to everything my family and I travel to Lancelin for, fishing, surfing and 4x4'ing on the dunes. The local pub grub is fine.
If I could change anything at all it would be the queen bed in the master bed room, it would have nice if it was a bit more comfortable.
Otherwise, the place has everything need for a great trip away, thank you Leah, you were great!

Well appointed house with a lovely park opposite. Many choices of nearby beaches and left the dogs here while we visited The Pinnacles. Perfect Getaway.
