About

All the comforts of home in this well appointed onsite van with decked out annex including separate bathroom and a great outdoor entertaining area. The property sleeps a max of 6. Wifi is also available. This property is air-conditioned. All of this just meters from the Ledge Point Golf Course. Enjoy the facilities of the caravan park including below ground swimming pool, outdoor BBQ areas, play ground and plenty more. Ledge Point Holiday Park is a place to relax and unwind in the cray fishing town of Ledge Point. The location is ideal for weekend getaways, midweek escapes, or a stopover en-route to the Pinnacles at Cervantes. Ledge Point is approximately an hour and a half drive north of Perth.

At the park there are a number of activities to choose from. Go for a swim in the pool with the kids, or watch them tire themselves out at the children's playground. There is a jumping pillow installed which provides hours of entertainment, or go for a ride around the park on one of the new pedal karts. For the 'big' kids, guests have access to the neighbouring Country Club facilities which include golf, tennis, lawn bowls and a bar/restaurant.

For a cleaning fee I thought would be a bit cleaner- plus the list of things to clean before leaving also??
Needs exhaust fan in bathroom due to steam build up!

We spent 4 days in this wonderful property, the pictures aren’t quite accurate. Some changes have been made but better changes. We will definitely stay here again.

This property is great for a family on a budget. I don't like to pay more than 200 a night which is becoming increasingly difficult, especially when you have to travel in the school holidays! I'd say it fine for a family of 4 or even 6 if your kids are little but would be quishy for 6 adults if you were planning to spend much time there. Although we always stay in chalets or hotels so aren't used to caravanning.
Prime location for the golf course which is fantastic for a volunteer facility and quite challenging to play especially if there is some wind.
Our kids loved riding around the caravan park and to the playground and back.
My only warning would be the kitchen as there isn't a full sized oven, cooker just a bench top combo thing. I knew about this and planned our meals (no takaway in ledge) but you'd struggle to cook a pizza I think
Overall definitely recommend and we'd stay again

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. Well stocked with all the things that you don't remember from home. Extremely clean and tidy. We slept very well in the beds which were comfortable. The location was fabulous for families. Nice to have the caravan experience without having to use the shared ablutions. Perfect if you have young children.

Had no phone reception and the wifi was almost impossible to connect too, other than that it is a cute place and surprisingly roomy. Enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyed our time here. The accommodation was better than we expected and had everything we could have needed. Our only complaint is they won’t allow us to bring our toy poodle otherwise we’d visit more frequently.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. Karen was super friendly and we had good laughs on the phone. We were allowed a late check out so we could enjoy a bit more time in ledge point. We will defiantly come again
