Brooklands - Budget Beach Shack Style Accomodation

Good location near beach and shops. The property was clean and tidy and had lots of room for our family. Friendly customer service, will definitely recommend this holiday rental and would be happy to rent this holiday home again.

The setting of this home provided quietness, proximity to beach walks, a short drive to conveniences and the river estuary, cheerful birdsongs and sightings of kangaroos. Ceiling fans were adequate until the fourth day of a heatwave.

Older style, very clean could do with replacement of fly wire in main bedroom so to be able to open window. No clock on wall

We loved our stay at Brooklands. It was clean, comfortable and in a great location. Country values were a pleasure to deal with and we will definitely book to stay there again next holiday!!!

The bedroom furniture could do with a big update. Otherwise for a budget style accommodation it was fine for our needs.

Great house clean and well appointed. Perfect location to enjoy both the beach and the river. Excellent communication from Country Value holiday homes. Would stay again.

We enjoyed a holiday with family friends, the home is perfect for a beach holiday, it is within walking distance to the beach and easily accommodated two families with children. The backyard has a lovely grassy patch for children to play outside and the big shady tree out front provides shade during the day. Beds are comfortable and ceiling fans help to cool the house and sleep comfortably at night. Only recommendation is to get a few more standing fans to help with cooling during the day as their is no aircon and it gets hot in summer months. We had a great stay and will be back.

Low care and private!!

Loved our weekend experience overall! We were assured that the home was wheelchair friendly, and the property absolutely was! The only problem was shower access.
Unfortunately crockery and cutlery left much to be desired. We had to wash everything before use. Many items had food residue caked on them. We had been informed of the broken stove top before hand, and managed quite fine.
In spite of these minor issues it was great!

A weekend getaway. The family were camping at the camping ground, and we opted for a more comfortable time in a chalet. A great little chalet. Comfortable and clean!

Enjoyable stay everything we needed was there.

It was good the house was nice to stay in bit disappointed there was no air con as it was 40 degrees when we arrived and the house was really hot did have ceiling fans overall it was a nice place to stay

The house was great the price was great BUT it advertised aircon but had none and there was a TV with 5 remotes with no instructions on how to use any of the devices. The cupboard under the TV was full of empty DVD cases. It didn’t bother me we couldn’t use the TV it annoyed me there’s were no instructions on how to use it. I messaged the local rep to ask about the bins as the information was conflicting and I got no reply. I also think I left something behind and no communication for that either. The lack of communication was also annoying.

Lovely stay at this accomodation in Moore River. Not too far from the centre of town and just as described.
Would be tight with the full ten occupants, but great for our group of six and had everything we needed.
