This 3 x 1 coastal chic home is ideally located on a quiet street in Lancelin and equipped with all the essentials you need to enjoy your stay!

Capricorn Lodge is only a stone’s throw away from everything you need when staying in Lancelin.
The famous Lancelin Back beach is only a few hundred meters down the road, for the fishing fanatics the Lancelin Angling & Aquatic club is just around the corner and for the café lovers offshore café, On Point Coffee Van and the main shops are only a short stroll away!

The spacious and open backyard offers plenty of room for the family and friends to hang out. Sit back and admire the beautiful original artwork on display while watching the kids / and big kids play. For the fisherman (or woman) there is plenty of room to park up. There is also plenty of space for your furry pal to run and play all they like!

Upon entering the home, you will be greeted with a quirky and nautical themed abode with a fully equipped kitchen, dining and sitting area complete with a wood burner to keep cozy on those cool winter nights!

This property is perfect for 1 large or two small families with 2 x queen beds and 2 x sets of bunks plus an extra games room for the kids to hang out and watch tv!

This great property offers you the simple “lano” lifestyle with everything you need and more!

No air conditioner. However there are fans provided.

No school leavers will be accepted at this property. No under 25 adult groups unless approved by owner.

Full linen provided.
PETS ALLOWED. However you will need to keep an eye on as it is not a secured back yard.

This property strictly sleeps 8 so please keep this in mind when making your booking. No tents, caravans or camper trailers allowed at property.

Lancelin is attractively nestled between a large, safe bay with 2 large islands and extensive sand dunes, the town is a worldwide recognized venue for Windsurfing and Rock Lobster fishing.
The bay of Lancelin is by far its best feature. The calm waters of this bay are beautiful and water activities dominate the town's leisure activities. A very popular town for people who live in Perth as a short coastal break.
