Whether it’s the next family getaway or a friends overdue catch up this home is well equipped for both.
No Wifi.
Featuring ocean views from both the front and back, ample bedding and large entertaining areas.
On returning from your day of adventures you can choose to either hang in the large downstairs games room including its own bar OR gather the troops and take a seat around the large wooden table out the back, reminisce about the days events while sipping on your favourite beverage and watching the sun go down over the ocean.
If it is a bit of privacy you prefer then there is also a separate area upstairs where you can hang. This also includes an ample sized TV and pool table. This area opens out to the upstairs balcony where you can also sit back and enjoy the sunset over the ocean.
Guests to supply their own sheets and towels. Linen hire is available on request.
Pet Friendly with $250 pet bond applicable.
Pedestal fans in bedrooms. No Air conditioning.
This property strictly sleeps 11 as per booking terms and conditions.
No School leavers will accepted. No guests under the age of 25 without owner approval.
Check in time is 2 pm unless prior arrangement has been made.

Start by walking along the Guilderton boardwalk and enjoy our spectacular beaches.
Take a towel and have a dip in the Moore River or the Indian Ocean.
Practice kayaking canoeing, splashing and playing in the water, windsurfing, boating, photography, bird watching, climbing, collecting sea shells, building sand castles, treasure hunts, beach volleyball, or simply comb the beach for free craft supplies.
Pack a hamper and spend the day or a balmy evening with good company at the gas fired free barbecues under the trees and enjoy the river mouth view. Mother nature is often in action and occasionally the mouth of the river sandbar opens to the sea.
Swing the clubs on one of the most picturesque 9 hole golf courses in WA. For family fun day out enjoy a game of mini golf.
Paddle, kayak or canoe up the Moore River
Test your sand board skills at the sand hills.
Enjoy majestic sunsets over the Indian ocean.
Hang out the rods for some serious beach or reef fishing or catch some Bream in the River.

Great stay, a couple of improvements would be ideal as in flywire door to slider upstairs, TV connection downstairs in order to watch normal TV and not just DVDs and air conditioning for summer would be essential.

It was very easy to book, and the reservation and checking in was good.
The house is in a great location, so close to the beach, with nice gardens. The house has a well stocked kitchen which was nice. However, the house could do with a bit of a makeover. A couple of the beds were uncomfortable, and the curtains in some of the rooms were missing hooks, which did not look nice. In some of the bedrooms,there were no bedside lamps or extension leads to plug either them or the fans into. The sofa in the games area is collapsing, and there were only two bar stools around the bar, which was not enough for a house that size. Some of the door hinges were squeaky, but we fixed them with some WD40. The BBQ drip tray outside was full. it just felt like no one had done anything for the house for a long time.

We loved the location of the property. So close to the beach and a short stroll to the river.
The house is perfect for large families or a group of friends. It has everything to stay entertained and what’s better than a bar? Two of course!
It’s our second stay here and won’t be our last.

The house was very nice, and the location was amazing. The table out the back had a great view, and I found myself often just relaxing out there.
The movie collection was also super comprehensive, with a lot of movies available for watching and a separate TV upstairs and downstairs so you can have something different on for 2 groups of people.
There were a few issues with maintenance of the property, some of the fly screen windows seemed to be incorrectly sized and we found a couple fell out while we were there, but they went back in easily enough. There were also a few other issues with some of the doors, but all in all these were fairly minor and the house was great outside of that.

House was tidy but for the price of the stay personally think that they should spend some money on the furniture and upstairs could do with removing a carpet and a new bathroom fitted. We had 2 families stay and it was the perfect weekend retreat - loads of space both inside and outside for parents and kids. The house was decked out with everything you need to enjoy your getaway. We would definitely stay again.
