This 4 bedroom 1 bathroom home is conveniently located in the heart of Lancelin and is just a short stroll to the beach. The local shops, eateries and skate park are also just around the corner. After a day at the beach you could also wander down to the iconic Endeavour Tavern and enjoy a sun downer and meal or take the family fishing off the jetty.

This property is 2 levels with 2 of the bedrooms, living area and kitchen upstairs and the other 2 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, small living area and a kitchenette downstairs.

The property has a large secure backyard so you can also bring along your family pet to join in the fun as well.

There is also plenty of room behind the gate to securely park your car and boat.

This property is not suitable for young children.

PLEASE NOTE: There is no toilet or bathroom in the upstairs area and the only way to access these from here is via the back door, down the outside stairs and into the lower level.

There is no washing machine at this property.

No school leavers will be accepted at this property. No under 25 adult groups unless approved by owner.
PET FRIENDLY-OUTSIDE ONLY-$250 pet bond applicable.
The property is strictly non smoking.

Guests are to supply their own sheets and towels, Linen hire available on request.

Lancelin is attractively nestled between a large, safe bay with 2 large islands and extensive sand dunes, the town is a worldwide recognized venue for Windsurfing and Rock Lobster fishing.

The bay of Lancelin is by far its best feature. The calm waters of this bay are beautiful, and water activities dominate the town's leisure activities.

A very popular town for people who live in Perth as a short coastal break.

My biggest issue is with the toilet being downstairs and having to go out of the house to get to it. You should provide two sets of keys as I didn't like locking my kids in after going to the toilet in the middle of the night. It is a fire hazard. Microwave downstairs made a horrendous noise so didn't use it. The BBQ was dirty. Husband had to scrub before use. Everything is mismatched, for the price that was charged even Kmart could have decked it out nicer. Awesome back yard and fantastic location but overall disappointed.

The location was good and it has plenty of space upstairs and downstairs. Property was clean. A few things weren't good: the kitchen sink barely drained at all; the house was really cold with no heater and there were only very thin blankets on the bed.

Not the greatest of kitchen appliances or cookware. And stove is very old, TV needed an extension cord to be run to kitchen to use. Strange having poles running from top to bottom and a bit of a trip hazard throughout inside.OK for blokes weekend away but may not be as attractive to families.

House was not up to a good standard. Had to call out landlord to reset rcd. Fridge wasnt cleaned out, couldnt use hot water system without turning off lights outside. Fence was damaged, allowing dogs to get out. Rubbish bins were full to the brim. However leah was awesome! Coukdnt rate her higher

Good location close to everything. Big backyard which is enclosed and was great for the kids. Beautiful sunsets at dusk. Overall the house is adequately stocked but could do with a spruce up and requires some maintenance.

Great little beach house, presented very well and clean. Great value for a weekend away and friends and added bonus that it's dog friendly!

Leah the property manager was amazing. If it wasn’t for her we would of packed up and left. Property has no aircon (well it does but it’s been bolted shut). 3 days of over 38 degrees with young kids wasn’t idea. Furniture, rugs and carpets are all very stained and old. Blinds are all broken. Back door has no fly screen so a house with no aircon and a door you can’t leave open (because of mozzies)for breeze isn’t ideal House is in a brilliant spot but needs some work done if they want to keep charging what they do. Bathroom is very old and stained. Upstairs kitchen the cupboard door falls off. It’s only because of Leah we would return! Not to The Cray Pot though!
