This quaint two-storey beach house is situated at the highest point in Guilderton, with panoramic views of the ocean and surrounding landscape.
The 3 bedroom home sleeps 7 upstairs. The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area features a brand new split-system air conditioner, large TV and fully appointed kitchen. Step out onto the massive balcony with barbecue and outdoor setting, where you can relax with a drink and take in the view. The upstairs bathroom has a bath for the littlies, shower and separate toilet, while the laundry downstairs has a second shower and toilet.

This property strictly sleeps 6. No Tents, Caravans or Camper Trailers allowed at property.

Fantastic FREE outdoor activities

Start by walking along the Guilderton boardwalk and enjoy our spectacular beaches.
Take a towel and have a dip in the Moore River or the Indian Ocean.
Practice kayaking canoeing, splashing and playing in the water, windsurfing, boating, photography, bird watching, climbing, collecting sea shells, building sand castles, treasure hunts, beach volleyball, or simply comb the beach for free craft supplies.
Pack a hamper and spend the day or a balmy evening with good company at the gas fired free barbecues under the trees and enjoy the river mouth view. Mother nature is often in action and occasionally the mouth of the river sandbar opens to the sea.
Swing the clubs on one of the most picturesque 9 hole golf courses in WA. For family fun day out enjoy a game of mini golf.
Paddle, kayak or canoe up the Moore River
Test your sand board skills at the sand hills.
Enjoy majestic sunsets over the Indian ocean.
Hang out the rods for some serious beach or reef fishing or catch some Bream in the River.

Excellent, house had everything you would need. Stayed 13 nights great view of ocean and golf course. Nice and quiet location.

Reasonable...older style consumers goods with far too much stuff in cupboards. Main mattresses sound but decor outdated. Stairs are steep with a home made style railings. Hot water in top shower was too hot and water leaked from top toilet if cistern tap not turned off.
Cost was well priced and homely feel.
New outside deck with view made room and the highlight.
Would book again knowing improvement’s will come with a new owner just getting the reins a while ago( manager info)
Front flyscreen hard to shut unless a lot of force applied when outside.
Main TV in lounge remote would not work or tune into commercial channels. Picture broke up TV in master bedroom good but power chords a bit messy.
I liked the vibe and feel as it was an older style WIFI NOT a big deal but you could find unsecured wifi within range !!!! Advised agent of this.

Excellent location, very cute amazing house with a breathtaking view, only thing that could improve is the matress on main bedroom , as it was very uncomfortable. Other than that our stay was so good. Toilet cistern was leaking .

There was no hot water, when I messaged the agent had no response.
I would recommend if it had hot water. Nice place and clean.

We were two couples staying at this lovely old-style beach holiday home. It was spacious and the 2nd shower and toilet in the downstairs laundry came in very handy. The beds were pretty comfortable and the kitchen had most of the appliances we needed. The view from the dining table and verandah is much nicer than in the photo. We couldn't take our eyes from it!
Excellent spot, great value and we will come again. Thank you.

Myself and my family had a fantastic stay at this location. The view and outside verandah area was the best. The beds were all very comfortable and the house had a great feel to it. The water pressure in the showers was a bit slow and some of the appliances need to be updated, but overall we had a great time. Looking forward to renting again with Country Value Holiday Homes.
