Wake in the morning to spectacular ocean views from the home’s upstairs kitchen and large living / dining area, which open out to the ample sized balcony. Relax with your morning cuppa, breath in the ocean air and discuss what today's adventure will include. Whether it is surfing, swimming, boating, sand boarding, taking the kids to the local park or just kicking back and doing "nothing", this is the perfect house for you. Finish your day with a beverage or two and a BBQ on the balcony, witnessing front row seats to spectacular sunsets over the Indian Ocean. Then fall asleep to the sound of the waves in total relaxation.
If you can bear to step outside this stunning home, a short walk along the beachside path will take you to all that this relaxed, coastal town has to offer. Head in one direction to the Lancelin Beach Hotel and the other to the Iconic Lancelin Endeavour Tavern. Both perfect choices to enjoy a beachfront beverage or two and take a night off cooking.
The Space:
Upstairs consists of the kitchen and large living / dining area, which open out to the balcony with BBQ, master bedroom with a king bed, ensuite, toilet. Air-conditioned throughout.
Downstairs consists of 2 more bedrooms – 1 with a queen and single bed and the other with 2 x bunk beds, laundry, bathroom, separate toilet.
There is also a large family room which opens out to the enclosed backyard and another separate sitting area.
Endless Summer has plenty of room for you and the family to hang out and enjoy what Lancelin has to offer.
The home also has a lock up garage which opens out to the side of the home.
No school leavers will be accepted at this property. No under 25 adult groups unless approved by owner.

Lancelin is attractively nestled between a large, safe bay with 2 large islands and extensive sand dunes. The town is a worldwide recognized venue for Windsurfing, Kite Boarding and Rock Lobster fishing.
The calm waters of Lancelin Bay are beautiful and lie directly in front of this home. Around the point, ‘back beach’ provides surfing conditions perfect for families and beginners in summer, with swell rolling in for advanced surfers during the winter months. Water activities dominate the town's leisure activities year-round.

We had a fantastic long weekend here. There were 4 adults and one child. Perfect property fir us. Spacious, with everything you need. And the view from the upstairs main are and balcony was just amazing.
The only negative was cleanliness could have been better. A little dusty and a couple of the kitchen drawers were full of crumbs. The freezer top drawer was also dirty. But the rest was perfect. I would highly recommend.

We had a lovely family vacation at the Endless Summer vacation house, great location with a stunning view.
Our only feedback would be that the property floors & balcony area weren’t clean and the backdoor flyscreen was broken, the inside also has a lot of wear compared to how it looks in the online photos.

The neighbors' voices were loud. We were not able to sleep that day until four o'clock. After the sounds of screaming and clinking of glasses had subsided, we called the owner and she was very helpful. The view of the house is very beautiful and the place is close to sand danc. There is a nearby park with swing for children, but the house needs best control because there are a lot of spiders in it.

Location location location , great house overlooking the ocean. Very spacious home and very comfortable, the only issue we had was there was no table on the upstairs balcony as shown in the photo, so we couldn’t eat outside which was disappointing seeing there was was BBQ out there. Other than that we loved our stay.

This beach house has the best location in town. Views from the balcony are stunning. Calm, safe swimming beach directly across the road with access path. Surfing back beach a few minute drive (or short cycle) away. Short walk along the beachfront path directly in front leads you everywhere. Few minutes in one way to the tavern - best located in WA and wonderful for a casual pizza or pub meal with 180 degree view. Other direction leads to the lookout or hotel restaurant/bar, also the loveliest sunset spot. Kids’ playground over the road. Jetty for fishing. A little further on, freshly baked bread from the bakery or a coffee from the town cafes. Skate park, basketball court, awesome sandboarding on the dunes or golf at the local volunteer-maintained 18 hole course. This is impressive in condition and stunning natural views. The house itself is super spacious with an ideal layout for families, where kids have their own bedrooms and TV/games area downstairs. Beds are the most comfortable we’ve encountered in our (extensive) travels. King in the master. Big, well equipped kitchen. The house is a bit dated, in a back to basics surf-shack kind of way, whilst being clean, comfortable and just perfect for a low-key break. We’ll be back.

We loved the view and the comfy beds. We have stayed in cheaper places which you feel loved by the owner for the effort they put into the place. Kitchen could be better equipped and sadly the dishwasher wasn’t working for us. It would be nice if linen was included. It would be nice for remotes to work. Things are a bit worn down. But could look at the view forever.

We had a wonderful, relaxing family holiday in this spacious holiday house. The view from the house was amazing. Our only difficulty was no fans or cooling in bedrooms and it was extremely hot while we were there so we struggled to sleep.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this fantastic location with the best views in Lancelin! Very clean house, across the road from the beach and a two minute walk from both pubs. Super spacious house with family friendly layout for kids downstairs and adults upstairs. BBQ and deck are perfect for evening entertaining watching the sunsets! We’ll definitely be back!"
