Ocean Close - Spacious Beach House

What a great stay! The perfect house to holiday in with a young bub and dog. The place is so well-equipped with everything you need, and allows you to be completely self sufficient with cooking and prepping meals - not to mention the beautiful decor inside that creates a warm and inviting space. The outside is spacious with beautifully maintained lawn, a swing, hammocks and pizza oven. And the upstairs balcony is a highlight - a perfect spot for relaxing, reading a book or having a wine at the end of the day. 10 out of 10.

Fabulous, spacious Accommodation, with tree top view from balcony and great games room. Large secure backyard for our Labrador and across the road from The best Private stunning beach. Great 70’s design with modern amenities. Comfy beds Highly recommend.

What a wonderful holiday house for a beachside getaway! So close to the beach, fantastic space and garden area, dog- friendly and super comfortable for guests of all ages. The house provides everything you need. Beds are really comfortable, kitchen is spacious & there's even a fabulous games room for loads of fun!Big thanks to the hosts who provide such a clean, relaxing and enjoyable holiday home. Can't wait to stay again.

Our selection criteria are simple: dog friendly, close to the beach, air conditioned and comfortable. The Apartment at Ocean Villa more than met our expectations on every level. The decor is classic (as is the polished concrete floor), there’s heaps of space, and the kitchen is a ripper. Our dog Munty loved the big yard and we all loved the short walk across the road to the dog beach. I honestly cannot think of a better location for a Guilderton getaway, and I am sure we’ll be back.

Spacious house for mums to take the teenagers away! The kids loved the games room & garden space for soccer. The upstairs/downstairs is quite separate if you’re renting both for a combined family experience but the older kids didn’t mind.

We had 5 nights at Ocean Close and came away feeling so relaxed & refreshed. We took the 'kitchen sink' with us but didn't need it! The kitchen has everything you need and a very well-equipped laundry. The beds are very comfortable, the lounge area promotes relaxtion with comfy couches, huge TV screen, and wifi to watch all your favourite shows or movies. We spent a lot of time sitting on the veranda upstairs sipping on our wine & enjoying the sound of the beach. Our two dogs had a wonderful time having never been to the beach before!
We will definitely rebook, and if anyone is looking to completely wind down, this is the place.

Loved this holiday home, dog friendly, secure yard, great location, lots of space we loved our time here.
Rented for a week with teens they had their own private area and the games room was a huge hit.
Close to the beach across the road we had an amazing break here we will definitely book again highly recommend.

This is a great place to stay with multiple families. A great games room to keep the kids entertained. Clean and tiny house with heaps of extras. I would definitely recommend this house and will stay again.

Was an ideal place for 6 Adults, 1 child & 1 dog. Plenty of space and everything we needed.

We absolutely loved the space of this property. The upstairs and downstairs worked a treat for 2 family with kids and elderly grandparents. The bedrooms were comfortable, well equipped kitchen, multiple living spaces and great outdoor space. The kids were thrilled with the games room!So many added value to the property like the bbq, pizza oven, laundry room. The only comment would be if the bathrooms could be updated and the projector working in the games room.

You will find everything you need here to rest, relax and have fun. The games room with bar was a great place to spend the evening and the stunning beach is a just a short walk away. Views from every window, and the perfect spot to take in the sunsets. Stylishly furnished throughout.

I had the most incredible stay at this lovely house by the beach in Guilderton, Western Australia. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality by the amazing hosts. The location is simply unbeatable, just a stone's throw away from the beach, making it a perfect getaway.The highlight of the stay had to be the games room – it was so much fun! Whether it was a rainy day or just a desire for some indoor entertainment, the games room was the place to be kitted out with a bar, darts, snooker, and space to dance and chill. The garden is perfect for eating outdoor and the pizza oven and bbq was put to good use. And let's not forget the classy decor throughout the house, which added a touch of elegance to the entire experience.I can't recommend this place enough. It's a hidden gem on the Western Australian coast, and I can't wait to come back for another stay. Thank you to the hosts for making this trip unforgettable!
