With its Panoramic Views and relaxed coastal vibe this home will instantly switch you into holiday mode the moment you walk through the door. Wake up every morning to ocean views from almost every room in the home and fall asleep at night listening to the calming sounds of waves lapping the shores.
If it’s a quick dip, you are after or a day of fun on the water this is all available only meters away. With its large open plan living area upstairs, which flows out onto a massive wrap around deck and alfresco area. Perfect for those family barbecues and entertaining. Sit back and enjoy the sun come up over Lancelin's famous sand dunes or put your feet up after a day of adventures and wind down with your favourite beverage while watching the sunset over the bay. You may even get to witness the local Osprey do a fly by or two.
Upstairs consists of a large living / dining / kitchen area, master bedroom with a king bed, 2nd bedroom with a queen and separate bathroom.
Downstairs consists of 2 more bedrooms - 1 with a queen bed and the other with 3 x bunk beds. There is also another separate family room for the kids to hang, bathroom, toilet, and laundry.
Reverse cycle air conditioning both upstairs and downstairs provides easy and efficient climate control.

Return from your day of adventures and wash all off the sand at the outdoor shower.
Backyard is fully enclosed.
Pets considered on request with owners approval -Pet bond $500 applicable. (Outside only)
No school leavers will be accepted at this property. No under 25 adult groups unless approved by owner.

Lancelin is attractively nestled between a large, safe bay with 2 large islands and extensive sand dunes, the town is a worldwide recognized venue for Windsurfing and Rock Lobster fishing.
The bay of Lancelin is by far it's best feature and an easy walk from this home. The calm waters of this bay are beautiful and water activities dominate the town's leisure activities.
A very popular town for people who live in Perth as a short coastal break.

We all enjoyed our stay in Lancelin. The house is in a great location and is true to the pictures shown. We are a family group of 10 and had plenty of room here. The house was clean and the kitchen was well equiped.
We found Country Values to be very responsive and very helpful.

Amazing place. Best place in Lancelin overlooking the sea, literally only meters from the beach. Set in a quiet peaceful location at the end of the street.

With a little bit extra cost We can oder in advance for beautiful grazing plate that you can choose sweet and savoury plate. Leah made the best variety grazing box with a bottle of wine included! What an amazing home to spend a lovely time with friends and family. We have just returned from a June long weekend getaway with this trip being the second time we have stayed in this fantastic property. Spacious, well appointed home with excellent bedrooms and very comfortable beds, and a panoramic view of the ocean; in fact the home almost has 360 degree views with outlooks towards the dunes, as well as up and down the coast line. Its quiet location offers easy access to the beach, the Lancelin lookout and is in short walking distance to local eateries. We love this place and celebrated my husband's 60th birthday with a party of 12 people. When we arrived we were greeted with two wonderful eating plates of sweet and savoury foods as well as a lovely bottle of wine and birthday candels- so generous and a lovely touch. We holiday together as a group often and we all agree that we have finally found our forever holiday home in Lancelin; we have already booked our next trip at Ospreys for later in the year. Thank you so much.

Unfortunately hot water not turned on so endured cold showers on first morning.
BBQ gas bottle empty. Had to organise our own refill and no reimbursement offered to date.
Would definitely rent again.

A lovely home right on the beach overlooking ocean.
everything there that you need, a huge modern kitchen/dining living room upstairs to make the most of the view. Could do with some TLC and also a good clean. floors, skirting boards, etc covered in dirt/dust. I found a child's pj's down the side of my bed, so obviously not a lot of care taken with cleaning. Loads of dishes/plates /cutlery etc but all quite dirty so required a clean before use.
Also a lot of the light fittings not working - not sure if just need new bulbs.
With a good clean and a bit of maintenance, this would be an outstanding holiday rental.
