Sea Change - Spacious Family Holiday Accommodation Pet friendly

Unfortunately I was not happy with my stay here and even less happy with my experience of the property manager - who was highly unprofessional and rude. I will not book through country values in the future, nor will I suggest it to anyone else.

We (friend & couples & Dog) had a great time relaxing, playing golf at the local course (9 hole), walks on the beach and have a clensing ale watching the sun go down, all this and recharging the mind, body and soul. We will be back next year. 5*

There where 12 men golfers staying 3 nights, there where plenty of beds and toilets and of course bathrooms ,great cooking facilities plenty of pots and pans and too many cooks Overall a great stay and we are already planning a return trip ,Cheers

The property is spotless. Ideally suitable for a group of families. Had great fun with friends, no complaints very relaxing holiday. Quiet location.. nice and calming. Pet friendly.

Property was clean & neat. Kitchen had everything we needed.
Pool table downstairs was well used by all.

The place was better than expected. Lots of room for us. Sleeps 12 but only 6 adults and 1 baby so we could have nanna naps in our own space. The decking was perfect as you could get away from the wind.

8 ex-workmates spent 2 nights, very satisfied with everything - plenty of bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, games room, location (short walk to beach). One negative was that the B-B-Q could have been cleaner. An outdoor table on top balcony would have been great too. Will definitely be booking the same place in Feb. '23.

This is the second year in a row that we have rented this property because of the size, set up and location. We will be renting again next year as well. There are couple of things I would like to bring to your attention. Firstly we turned up Friday for a long weekend and both the general waste bin and recycling were both overflowing. We then went to turn the BBQ on in the morning for breakfast and the gas bottle was empty. Then the last thing which is the most annoying is that the same pedal fold bin that was inadequate and broken last year was still there! Apart from the fact the bin has been broken for a year it is too small for that size of holiday house. Also just a suggestion is that given how cheap TV's are at the moment it would make sense ton put a TV downstairs as well.

A short drive to the beach and plenty of space inside & out.. Great for BBQ's and sunsets on the upstairs balcony and a great backyard for the dog!
Our host from Country Values was excellent and accommodating, we enjoyed an easy, great value stay.
The property itself is a little older, some minor maintenance required, but very clean & comfortable with everything we needed!

Very spacious and neat property.
If the garden was maintained and mowed and dog poo picked up before we got there would have given place a high score

the house is big, a lot of space for group of 2 family. Just make sure bring all the condiments because there are none in their pantry. It will be nice if they have 1 fridge down stair. However, we are all happy with the house. Country Value holiday house is very good agent. We are definitely use this agent again in the future.
