Seascape - Outstanding Views Pet Friendly, Free WIFI & Netflix

Loved the view from the balcony, and the back yard for eating. Barbecue is great.
Maintenance Issues: Need fly screen on downstairs bedroom as very stuffy when door closed and mosquitos when open door. Fly screen on bedroom (back) upstairs broken letting in insects and banging during the night. Dishwasher top shelf does not work well. A good set of wine glasses would be nice.

great beach house ideal house for older children as kids bedrooms downstairs ....

Property was cleanand comfortable but upstairs bathroom needs extra rug and mop as it gets quite wet after showering.

The accommodation was as advertised. Excellent for dogs as backyard is secure. The house is well situated for the dog beach, swimming and fishing. Guilderton has a sportsman's club but unfortunately only open for 3 nights so you need to bring all supplies. The house is generally clean. No power in the main bathroom despite power points and the dish washer does not clean properly otherwise I would recommend this house for a teenage family. The children's bedrooms are down stairs so not ideal for young children.

This house is perfectly located right across the road from the path that leads to the beach. And of course the views from the balcony are wonderful.
It is also only a short walk to the river mouth.
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Unfortunately for our 2 families the descriptor advised of a working oven, so we brought food for 2 families to be cooked in the oven over four nights. The oven was not checked by the property company prior to our stay and did not work. We were not advised of this and the property company have not provided any reimbursement for a service that was advertised as working and has responded poorly for something that was their responsibility to check and maintain.
The air conditioning in the upstairs of the loungeroom worked well and was a relief over the very hot days. One of the fans in the down stairs bedroom however was not in working order at all, another one was not adequate to move the air around in the heat, and one worked well. The lack of fly screen on the bottom bedroom sliding door does not permit a free flow of air when there is a breeze.

The fridge size is not adequate for the advertised number of people that can stay at the property - given there is no shop in Guilderton, most travelers would bring all their food with them.
The house was clean.
The upstairs bed requires changing as it is broken and tilted.
Maintenance is required at this property given the price point for the rental per night in summer. To her credit the property manager came to the home on the Sunday to inspect the oven, offer an apology but has not followed through with the last of facility provided.

Everything you need in a holiday rental. Suitable for maximum 6 adults only as the 4th bedroom has a bunk bed and is quite small and is what seems to be the old kitchen. Fantastic location and the air conditioner working a treat in the 42 degree heat on Xmas day.

Great location. Right across the road from the beach track. A short walk to the mouth of the river. Everything was in order. Property manager was readily contactable. Fantastic balcony for sundowners. BBQ was spotlessly clean and ignition worked properly. Will seek to stay there again.

Actually really dirty.. needs a good scrub top to botton, cobwebs, dust, dog debris, the outdoor area very grimy, nevertheless we enjoyed the pool table

We have stayed here twice now & both times the water pressure is so low that we cannot have washing machine & shower running at same time.
