Situated in a lovely tranquil part of town this beautifully presented 3 x 1 home is equipped with all you and your family will need to enjoy your next getaway.
Enjoy the sun on your face, whilst enjoying a morning cuppa out the front, whilst discussing what today's adventures will include. After your day exploring, come home and wash the sand off in the outdoor shower then kick back in the big open plan living area or sit out the back and enjoy a sundowner or two. For the cooler months there is a pot belly in the living area to warm you up (BYO Wood).
All bedrooms have very comfy beds, perfect to drift off to sleep and listen to the sound of the waves

Wilbinga Nature Reserve is located on Wanneroo Rd just past the Military Rd turn off.

Start by walking along the Guilderton boardwalk and enjoy our spectacular beaches.
Take a towel and have a dip in the Moore River or the Indian Ocean.
Practice kayaking canoeing, splashing and playing in the water, windsurfing, boating, photography, bird watching, climbing, collecting sea shells, building sand castles, treasure hunts, beach volleyball, or simply comb the beach for free craft supplies.
Pack a hamper and spend the day or a balmy evening with good company at the gas fired free barbecues under the trees and enjoy the river mouth view. Mother nature is often in action and occasionally the mouth of the river sandbar opens to the sea.
Swing the clubs on one of the most picturesque 9 hole golf courses in WA. For family fun day out enjoy a game of mini golf.
Paddle, kayak or canoe up the Moore River
Test your sand board skills at the sand hills.
Enjoy majestic sunsets over the Indian ocean.
Hang out the rods for some serious beach or reef fishing or catch some Bream in the River.

The house did not disappoint. It was very comfortable, open plan and heaps of room to park 2 cars with trailers in the front yard. The only thing that could be improved is a better bbq, with a hood to cook a roast, and a few cupboard staples I.e. oil, salt & pepper etc. But they are just minor things.

We were given clear information regarding access to our rental. We have stayed at many places, but this would have to have been the cleanest of them all! The kitchen was well equipped for all tastes. The airconditioner was big and the filters were clean - yey! The water was probably too hot- could drop the temperature back a wee bit. The fine for not cleaning the BBQ is a brilliant idea - would be good to have a wire brush to help with that. The beds were comfy, rooms a good size. 2 areas to relax around a table- good for longer stays and if teenages want their own space. The back area will be even better once some lawn grows on the sandy area. Thank you- we will be back!

Loved our stay. The cleanest holiday accommodation I have ever stayed at. Everything maintained well. Kitchen kitted out better than mine. Beds super comfortable. Close to beach. Quiet and peaceful. Stayed at this place over the weekend and it was our first getaway with our toddler and baby. The house is equipped with everything and we felt so comfortable. We even walked to the light house and along the beach with the kids. Highly recommended staying here.

The house was amazing. Nice an clean home, with all the essentials you need. It’s in a nice quite street with friendly neighbours. Only thing is there is no aircon in the bedrooms only in living area. But the cool ocean breeze makes up for that.
