Loved the location close to everything. Loved that the bakery is so close. Will definitely return.

Staff are friendly and promptly accommodating.
Location of chalet is awesome...... 20m from beach and a short 6min walk to town. Great food & cafe just next door.
Chalet was in a little need of some TLC to some fixtures & furniture but overall was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Best part - they’re dog friendly so our fur babies came too.

It's been 50 years since my family used to holiday in Lancelin, every Christmas and New Year. After moving to Qld, I was dying to go back for a visit. It did not disappoint. It was so good staying at the Chalet, so close to everything and literally a stone's throw from the ocean. I would absolutely recommend this to a friend if they were looking for a comfy, low key, holiday in an unspoiled location

The place was dirty, very worn down, cutlery was dirty, bed was old and quirky, very bad isolation, furniture was old, dirty and horrible

Toilet leaking,slippery tiles especially when wet,limited cutlery and no tea towels to wash up and dry, no washers,no hand towel no tea or coffee no milk to start with,just basics no little nice things to make you feel comfortable an aged rug covering the dated lounge definitely all about money money

Great location but very basic accomodation. Toilet was leaking smelly water and the ants were a big problem. All food had to be stored in the fridge. Property could definitely do with a bit of an upgrade to make it more comfortable and usable.

Nice area, close to the beach, cafe's, caravan park. Accomodation was fine for our family however some things could have been fixed to make our stay better. The aircon didn't work and there were no fans. The front screen door could not be locked so there was no air flow. There was also no mirror. Overall happy to go back again, will just choose a different one next time.

- Room was not cleaned from previous guests.
- I have a disability, after a long drive I needed to rest but couldn’t. Ended up with a migraine for the entire stay.
- The cleaner did arrive fairly quickly but we still had to change our plans.
- Fly Screen full security door full of holes and wouldn’t close so couldn’t have fresh air.
-Dining chair broken.
- One bedroom is in the living area with a Curtain, no door. 30cm clearance in each side of the bed.
- Beds uncomfortable and creak.
- Shower head leaks and sprays water everywhere
- Toilet seat cracked.
- Caravan park jumping pillow directly across the road.... Very noisy.
- $380 a night is ridiculous for what it is.

Windsurfer Beach Chalet was a perfect place for my family to stay and unwind for a few days. The chalet was clean and well appointed. I look forward to coming back and staying.

Bed good although squeaks when rolling over. Bathroom small. No vanity to put any toiletries plus no mirror for putting on sunscreen or a guy to shave in front of. Spout over sink not long enough. Too close to sink top making it difficult to fill kettle with water.

There was no bathroom mirror and no tea and coffee sachets the oven is outdated and the WiFi didn't work at all if you can make those improvements then would be much better experience

We have stayed here previously, and the location is great. Coffee shop next door and the beach a minute walk away. Basic unit but easy to clean if you are backwards and forwards to the beach. Leah the Property Manager was amazing. Had a few queries over the weekend and she responded immediately. We stayed in Unit 3 and my only comment would be there is no mirror anywhere in the chalet and it could be improved with a blind on the back door for privacy. Otherwise, a most enjoyable stay for us and our fur baby. Found Lancelin to be a friendly laid-back town . We will be back. Thanks so much Leah for your professionalism.

Really enjoyed our getaway to Windsurfer Beach Chalets. The only small problem we had, was that we had to book two chalets, as we wanted to stay for 5 days, and we could only organise that by staying three nights in one and two nights in the other.

this just proves Country Values Holiday Homes do not know how to run a business ,i had to cancel three rooms because i finished a job 3 days early
i gave them 2 days notice and still havent received a refund,
i would not recommend then to any one,
and i will be taking the matter further
i would suggest people stay at the Sands Hotel

We only stayed a few days. to commendation is simple but beautifully clean and presented which is the most important thing.

Great location, we are coming back again. But the extra charges like property charges, and miscellaneous charges need to be better explained before I book again.

Great location, really comfy queen bed, clean fresh linen & towels.
Main bedroom could do with a wall and door as opposed to a curtain lol
Kitchen utensils very basic, glad I bought a few extra things. Bowls for cereal, as well as a platter or two would be good.
New fixtures in bathroom were nice however a new toilet could be in order.
Overall we enjoyed our stay in #3. It was clean and comfortable and the accommodation managers were really lovely to deal with.

Fabulous location, all the amenities you need and the property manager was so easy and accommodating to deal with!

Comfortable beds and clean.linen. Nice wool blankets.
Back glass door needs curtain for warmth and privacy. Lounge suite ( in unit 3) is grotty. Generally ok and comfortable. Just a few things missing like t bags and soap.

2nd time we have stayed. Great location.
