Windsurfer Beach Studio

Have never stayed somewhere so filthy. Not worth the $324.
Coffee and tea provided but no milk.
Front doors not lockable.
Hairs throughout property including on the bed and in kitchen.
Asked to take the bins out but no instructions on where bins are located. Questions went unanswered by the “property manager”

On arrival at 6pm on the first night our room hadn’t been cleaned from previous guests and had to seek alternate accomodation, once finally cleaned by 1pm the following day we moved over too windsurfers, when we went back to our room that evening to stay we were faced with a second issue faulty air conditioner which had leaked down the wall and saturated our bed we had an uncomfortable first nights sleep (on the tiled floor)in our chalet on the second day the aircon was fixed which meant leaving our room from lunchtime till notified it was fixed, by 5pm we still hadn’t been notified our room was ready so I rang the manager Kristen and she said the reason our bed was wet was because we moved it under the aircon however we hadn’t touched the bed till getting into it our bed was changed and aircon was fixed we had a better experience on the second night but that was our 3rd night however we only were able to stay in our accomodation 2nights and were un able to use our chalet for only half the time we booked
The shower was gross so we used the experience Lancelin caravan park facility’s
Payed $690 for a bed for one night and use of a fridge,

Was happy with the position and comfort. Host was extremely helpful, would have liked a table and chair to work from. was unable to lock the room correctly, could have been the user. Thankyou. appreciate the restful surrounds.

Very good . The only issue was we sent an email saying there was no linen or towels provided . We thought it strange but we bought sheets and towels especially ( we were travelling from the uk so didn’t have any ) When we got there , there was linen and towels . Hence we had an expensive outlay but at least a charity got new sheets and towels donated . Apparently it depends which site you book with as to whether you get a generic email or not

Great location, however unit, was not private enough for us. Locked door and unlocked door from stairs in the unit felt a bit uncomfortable for us. Security door at front very unstable locking. Unit could do with a deep clean - maybe new towels needed for bathroom.
Property Manager was very helpful at all times. Communication was very professional.

We stayed 3 nights and had no problems although the security screen doors are a bit tricky to close. You do hear people going up and down stairs in the upstairs apartment but it wasn't too bad. Studio was clean and tidy but it could do with a small table and chairs to enable you to eat your meals at as although there was a fold down bench at the end of the kitchen bench, there was nothing for it to stay up that we could find. Although there's no stove, there's an electric frypan, small toaster oven & an airfryer so you could do your own cooking.

Just the doors was hard to open and close other than that had a good time thankyou

Room was spacious, clean and well maintained. Nothing to fault, except no signage board indicating the accommodation. We arrived after sunset and was unsure if it was the correct place, eventhough Google Map prompted us we've arrived at our destination. Kirsten was helpful to give us the instructions on how to obtain the key from the keybox via phone call. Even the outer surrounding was spick and span. We saw wild parrots feeding on the lawn in the morning.

No wifi even msg caretaker & no response
So tv didn’t work for Netflix Disney etc as no wifi

The bed wasn’t comfy as it was 2 singles pushed together so you had a gap in the middle of the bed

Having a microwave toaster & sandwich press doesn’t mean a kitchenette as advertised. You couldn’t cook anything as no oven or hot plate

Leaving msg said to empty the dishwasher there wasn’t one ‍♀️

The only good thing was the location

Okay spot but straight across the road is a jumping pillow at the caravan park. Very noisy all day. Upstairs there are people and kids stompping around. Comfortable bed very basic unit.

Great stay, great location & amazing service. The team were incredible! The only thing I could pick at with the Studio apartment specifically is it’s joint to the main house and has absolutely no sound proofing. Heard footstops through the ceiling & up the staircase the entire night. It’s a minor issue in the scheme of things but we had a broken sleep due to kids just being kids. Would definitely stay again just further from the main house.

I was allowed to check in early! Check in was seamless. Place was clean and in good shape!

Maintenance fella was doing work next door and noticed I had my infant son with me. He actually waited to see me and ensure bub was not sleeping before drilling holes. Very much appreciated!

It is true that if anyone is in the one next door/upstairs, you can hear everything (foot steps, doors, conversations) luckily it was only
For one night during my stay and they were very respectful.

Great location lancelin is a beautiful place. Accommodation very comfy. Stay was great Could of done with a chopping board and microwave container. locations. The girls from the realty wer amazing

Was a nice place to stay

We did have a few issues though.
On the first night and morning we had no hot water.

When we arrived there was a bad smell and the only way we could get rid of it was keeping the air con.

The property manager was super helpful and the overall property and stay was nice and we would stay again

We only stayed 1 night but Leah ego was out contact was very helpful and very accomodating. We were allowed to check in a little early and allowed to check out a little late.
In general the room was nice. It was clean and the bed was comfortable albeit a little run down.
The location was excellent with magnificent ocean views and within walking distance.
We had breakfast at the cafe only 200m up the road and it was excellent value.

In general we had a fantastic night in Lancelin and would probably do it again. Maybe the only thing I would question was the cost of the room $242 was fairly dear.

Good position. Needs a table and chairs to sit at to eat a meal. Needs a hanging rack of some sort to hang clothes.Needs to have enough crockery for 2 people.

Overall it was fine. The room needs a bit of a paint, and the loo made running water noises all the time.
It was clean and the staff always answered the phone and were helpful.
It is in a really good position, but there is a huge caravan park directly opposite with a kids playground just over the road.

A good place to stay overnight. The bed was very comfortable

Loved it ..... but please repair the toilet as it dripped all night keeping me ,a light sleeper, awake

The room itself was good, linen was clean and crisp, towels were soft and clean. The location was great and nice cafe next door. The very unfortunate part was the apartment above. Every footstep could be heard and the people above were deliberately jumping up and down on the floor late into the night and at 7am the next morning because we asked nicely if they realised that it was echoing through our room (this was at 8pm) it got a lot worse from then, the music got turned up as well. The studio is the only room that has one above. There was no reception so no one to ask for help. Nice town but not an enjoyable stay and certainly not relaxing. We put up with the noise as you have no idea who you are dealing with upstairs and didn’t want our weekend to get any worse.

Normally a wonderful place to stay spilt by a huge bunch of girls who booked out the remaining villas to have a party at 1am . No sleep
